Send images and files in the chat

Before you begin​

  • Up to 5 files per message, each up to 5 MB.
  • Accepted files: images (JPG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC), PDF, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and TXT.

Send a photo or a file​

  1. Open the conversation in Chat.
  2. Click Attach file and choose the files.
  3. If you want, type a message, then press Enter.

Send a screen capture​

  1. Click Capture screen. The browser asks which screen or window to share: choose it.
  2. In Edit screen capture, mark what matters with Draw, Rectangle, Arrow or Text, pick a Color, and use Crop to keep only the part you need. Undo and Clear fix mistakes.
  3. Click Confirm capture and attach, then send the message.

Done​

Images appear inside the conversation. Click one to see it larger, zoom or download it. Other files show Open attachment.

If something goes wrong​

  • "You can attach up to 5 files.": send the rest in another message.
  • "Unsupported file type or file larger than 5 MB.": check the type and size of the file.
  • "Screen capture unavailable" or "cancelled or not authorized": allow screen sharing in the browser, or save a screenshot and use Attach file.
