Subscribing to Veetz and Granting Team Access

Veetz is licensed per clinic, not per person. One person contracts the software — the subscriber, also called the master user — and then shares that subscription with the colleagues who work alongside them. Understanding this shape early saves confusion later: it explains why your receptionist doesn't need their own contract, and why access is something granted rather than bought individually.

How to Subscribe

Subscriptions are contracted outside the application, through either:

  • the main Veetz product website, or
  • one of our authorised resellers.

A reseller is often the better route for a clinic that wants help choosing the right number of seats, or that prefers to be invoiced locally. Both paths lead to the same product.

There is no self-service sign-up inside the app

You cannot create a Veetz account from the login screen, and there is no store inside the software. Access always begins with a subscription — either you contract one, or someone who already has one adds you to their team.

Once the subscription is active, the subscriber signs in with the credentials created during contracting and can begin setting up the clinic.

Reviewing Your Subscription and Invoices

After you are subscribed, the commercial side of your account lives in the account menu, reachable from your profile picture in the top-right corner:

  • Billing — the state of your subscription.
  • Invoices — your billing history.

Granting Access to Your Team

This is the part most new subscribers look for first, and it is genuinely simple: you don't buy accounts for your colleagues, you share your subscription with them.

  1. Click Settings in the left-hand sidebar.
  2. Open the Administration group.
  3. Click Team Members.
  4. Use the add button to search for your colleague by e-mail or username, choose which subscription to share, and grant access.

Each subscription carries a number of seats. On the sharing screen you will see Quantity Purchased — how many seats you have — next to Quantity Assigned — how many are already in use. When the two numbers meet, your team has filled every seat and additional licences are contracted the same way the subscription was: through the main website or your reseller.

The full walkthrough, including how to remove someone who leaves the clinic, is in Adding Team Members to Your Subscription.

Personal accounts, shared subscriptions

A Veetz account belongs to the person, not to the clinic. If a colleague moves to another practice, you withdraw their access to your subscription — their account itself stays with them. That is why we recommend a personal e-mail address rather than a clinic one.
