🚀 Data Liftoff: Your Guide to Bringing Your Data into Veetz
Welcome to Veetz! We're thrilled to have you on board. This guide will show you just how simple it is to send your data to our migration team.
This process begins after you have purchased one of our data migration packages: Veetz DataBridge (Standard) or Veetz DataBridge Concierge (Premium).
✅ Before You Start
Make sure you have the following ready:
- Purchase Confirmation: Your migration package has been purchased.
- Your Data Files: Your data has been extracted from your old system and saved in one or more files in
.xls,.xlsx, or.csvformat.
🪜 Your Step-by-Step Migration Guide
Follow these simple steps inside the Veetz application to securely send us your data.
Step 1: Access the Import Area
After purchasing the package, a new superpower appears in your account! Navigate to the side menu, click on Settings, and then select the new Import Data option.
Step 2: Agree to the Terms of Service
You will be taken to our secure migration page. Before uploading, please review the "Data Migration Services Terms" and check the box to confirm your agreement.
Step 3: Upload Your Files
It's time! Click the "Upload Files" button (or similar) and select all the files you prepared with your clinic's data. You can upload more than one file if needed.
And Now? What Happens Next?
Mission accomplished on your end! As soon as your files are successfully uploaded, our technical team is automatically notified.
Our timeline of up to 15 business days to complete the migration starts now. We will contact you if we have any questions or to notify you when the process is complete.
