Document fields

Fields are filled in with the record's data when the document is issued. In the template editor, click the tag icon (Insert field) to pick one, or type the key exactly as shown, with double braces.

Before you use a field​

  • Each field only works where the template is used (Actions → Used in). Each group below says where it works.
  • Required fields must be filled in the record. If one is empty, veetz shows "Missing in the record" and the document cannot be issued.
  • An optional field with no data comes out empty in the document.
