Use a ready-made template

veetz comes with ready-made templates for your region, such as health certificates and consent forms. They are already available when you issue a document.

See the catalog​

In the left menu, click Documents, then Template catalog. The list shows each template, where it is used and its status.

Change a template's text​

  1. In the catalog, click Personalize on the template.
  2. veetz creates a published copy in the Clinic library. From now on, your copy replaces the original when issuing.
  3. Click Open my copy, edit the text, click Save and then Actions → Publish.

To go back to the original, archive your copy in the Clinic library.

Hide a template​

Click Hide on a template your clinic does not use. It stops appearing when issuing documents. To bring it back, click Show.

Done​

The catalog shows Personalized or Hidden next to the templates you changed. Templates you did not personalize receive veetz's corrections automatically.
