Add a note to a patient

Use notes for short reminders about the animal, such as "bites when handling the ears".

Steps

1. Open the patient record.
2. Click Actions (or the arrow next to Save), then Add note.
3. Type the Note, up to 200 characters.
4. Click Save.

Done

The note appears in the Notes section, with the date and the author.
