Record the weight

Steps

1. Open the patient record and click Weight & Feeding in the side menu.
2. Click Record weight.
3. Type the Weight and choose the Unit of measure. Add Notes if needed.
4. Click Save.

Done

The section shows the Current weight, the Change since previous measurement and the Weight by age chart. The latest weight is used to calculate doses in prescriptions.
