Creating Your Free Veetz Account
Welcome to Veetz! Creating your free account is the first step to accessing our platform and exploring how we can transform your veterinary practice. This tutorial will guide you through the entire registration process.
Before You Start​
- Internet Access: You will need a stable internet connection.
- Valid Email Address: Have a valid email address that you can access immediately. We recommend using a personal email instead of a corporate email address. Your Veetz account is personal and can be linked to different veterinary teams or clinics over time, making your identification and access management easier.
Step-by-Step to Create Your Account​
1. Access the Registration Page​

You can usually find the account creation page by clicking a button like "SIGN UP NOW" on the Veetz login screen.

Upon accessing, you will see a form similar to the image below. While Veetz supports dynamic translations, the primary interface elements for English users are displayed in English, as shown.
2. Fill out the Registration Form​
All fields on the form are mandatory. Fill them out carefully:
- First Name: Enter your first name.
- Last Name: Enter your last name.
- Email: Enter your email address.
- Important: This email will be used to verify your account and for important communications. Make sure it is correct and that you have access to it.
- As mentioned, prefer a personal email.
- It's possible that the email address provided is already registered in the system. If this occurs, you will need to use a different email address.
- Username: Choose a unique username for your account.
- Note: The "Username" is not your email address. It is a unique identifier that you will use to access Veetz.
- It must contain at least 5 characters.
- Similar to the email, the chosen username might already be in use. If so, the system will prompt you to try a different one.
3. Submit Your Registration​

After correctly filling all fields, click the "REGISTER" button.
4. Confirm Your Email and Set Up Your Password​
After submitting the registration form, the next crucial step is to validate your email and set up your password.

Check Your Inbox: You will receive an email from the Veetz system (it might come via "IVATEC Account Management," which is our account management system).

Find the Confirmation/Action Email: The email will contain a link for you to take the next step, which essentially validates your email and allows you to set up/update your password. The message may look similar to this:

Click the Update Link: In the body of the email, click the provided link (labeled "Link to account update").
- Important Deadline: This link is time-sensitive and will expire within 12 hours of the email being sent. It is crucial that you click this link and complete the process within this period to avoid issues with your account activation.

Set Your Password: Upon clicking the link, you will be directed to a secure page where you can set the password for your new Veetz account. Choose a strong and secure password.
5. Registration Complete!​
- After setting your password, your Veetz account will be active and ready to use!
