How to Access Veetz

This quick guide will show you the steps to access your account in the Veetz application and start enjoying all the available features.

Prerequisites​

Before you begin, make sure you have:

  • The Veetz website address (URL).
  • Your registered username and password.
  • Important: You must have validated your email and set an access password after your initial Veetz registration. Without this validation and password setup, you will not be able to access the application.

Steps to Access Veetz​

  1. Open the Veetz login page:

    • In your preferred internet browser, type the Veetz website address and press Enter.

    • You will be directed to the login page. While the Veetz application supports dynamic translations (meaning texts might adapt to your browser's language settings), the primary interface elements for English users are as shown in the image below.

  2. Locate the "Sign in" form:

    • On the right side of the screen, you will see the fields to enter your credentials, as shown in the image.

  3. Enter your access details:

    • In the "Username" field, type your registered username.
    • In the "Password" field, type your password.
      • Tip: Passwords are usually case-sensitive.

  4. Click the "LOGIN" button:

    • After filling in your username and password, click the blue/purple button labeled "LOGIN".

  5. Access Granted!

    • If your credentials are correct, you will be redirected to the Veetz main dashboard. Congratulations, you have accessed the system!

Free Access and Subscription Features​

It's important to understand how access to Veetz works:

  • Application Access: Registration and initial access to the Veetz application are free. You can create your account, validate your email, and access the platform.
  • Viewing Features: To use and view the full features of the Veetz software (such as diagnostic tools, patient management, etc.), your account must have an active subscription, or you must have been added as a member to an existing subscription's team.

Trouble Accessing?​

  • Forgot your password?
    • If you don't remember your password, click the "Reset your password" link located below the "LOGIN" button on the login screen. Follow the instructions, which are usually sent to your email, to create a new password.
  • Incorrect username or password:
    • Double-check that you have typed your username and password correctly. Ensure the Caps Lock key is not activated. If the problem persists, try resetting your password.

Don't have an account yet?​

  • If you are a new user and don't have an account yet, click the purple "SIGN UP NOW" button on the login screen.
