Reset your password

Steps​

  1. Open my.veetz.app. On the sign-in page, click Forgot Password?.
  2. Type your Username or email and click Submit.
  3. Open the email you receive and click the link.
  4. Create the new password and sign in.

Done​

The message "You should receive an email shortly with further instructions." confirms that the email was sent. Did not get it? Check the spam folder, and check that you typed the same email you use in veetz.
