Use the home dashboard

The dashboard opens when you sign in, and every time you click Dashboard in the left menu.

What it shows​

  • In service and Queue: the services sold that are being performed or waiting.
  • Appointments today: the day's appointments, with a link to the calendar.
  • Unread messages: the latest chat messages.

At the top, choose the Organization and whether you see Mine or the Whole clinic.

Quick actions​

Start the most common tasks without opening the menus: New service (opens the point of sale), New appointment, New animal, New client, Documents and User Guide.

Lists​

Every list in veetz, such as animals or suppliers, has the same buttons at the top: Add New, the search box, print and export to a spreadsheet.

If something goes wrong​

  • "Your workspace is not active yet": the account has no active subscription. Talk to the subscriber.
  • "No organization registered": the clinic details are missing. See Update the clinic details.
