Use your account

Your account brings together what is yours in veetz: profile, preferences and, for those who manage it, the team, billing and invoices.

Steps

1. At the top of the screen, click your photo. On a phone, open the side menu: the account items are at the bottom.
2. Click Account Settings.
3. Use the side menu to change sections, without going back to the dashboard.

Done

The side menu shows your photo or initials, your name and the sections:

• Account Settings: update your profile and change your photo.
• Complete veterinarian profile or Edit veterinarian profile: your professional profile.
• Application Settings: update translations and turn on emails for your appointments.
• Team Members: add and remove people.
• Billing: view your subscription and seats.
• Invoices: pay or download an invoice.

To leave the account, use ← to go back to the previous screen, or ▾ to go straight to another area.

If something is missing

Team Members, Billing and Invoices only appear for those who manage the account. If you don't see them, that is normal, not an error. Talk to the subscriber.
