Set up the anamnesis template

Steps​

  1. In the left menu, click Settings, then Clinical Settings.
  2. Click Anamnesis Template.
  3. Type a Question and click Add. Repeat for each question.
  4. To remove a question, click the delete icon next to it.

Done​

The questions appear when someone clicks Insert predefined anamnesis questions while recording an anamnesis.
