Each team member starts from a profile and can receive extra permissions one by one. Use this table to choose the profile closest to the person's job and add only what is missing. See Add a team member.
The profiles
- User: the daily routine of reception and counter: clients, animals, calendar, selling and receiving.
- Veterinarian: everything in User, plus clinical records, prescriptions, exams, documents and clinical settings.
- Store manager: everything in User, plus discounts, cancellations, refunds, closing the cash register, financial, reports and team members.
- Administrator: everything in the other profiles, plus deletions, products, stock, suppliers and all settings.
What each permission allows
✓ means the profile already includes the permission. An empty cell means you grant it as an extra permission.

Good to know
- Veterinarian credential: issuing prescriptions also needs the veterinarian credential. The administrator grants it to each person in Permissions, after checking their professional license. No profile includes it.
- Changes apply the next time the member signs in.
- Hiding a menu is not all: veetz also refuses the action on the server when the person does not have the permission.
