Find your way in Settings
In the main menu, click Settings. The top of the screen shows the Organization you are working in, your Access profile and how many Configuration areas you can use. Areas you are not allowed to change do not appear. If you are inside another area, first click the ← arrow at the top of the left menu until you are back on the dashboard.
Application
- Application Settings: update the translations of the screens. See veetz does not load properly.
Administration
- Business Profile: the clinic's registration, contact and time zone. See Update the clinic details and Add another company.
- Team Members: who has a seat in the account and what each person can access. See Add a team member and Permissions and profiles.
- Products, Suppliers and Inventory: the catalog and the stock. See Products, services and stock.
Sales
- Commission rules: the clinic's sale and execution commissions. See Set commission rules.
Clinical Settings
- The anamnesis template, vaccines, medications, patient attributes and the document templates.
If something is missing
The Settings menu and the administration options only appear for the subscriber and for people with permission. If you need an area that does not appear, ask the subscriber.
