Add another company

A clinic with more than one unit, such as a second store, registers one organization for each.

Before you begin​

  • You need administrator permission.

Steps​

  1. In the left menu, click Settings, then Business Profile.
  2. Click Add New Organization.
  3. Type the Name and choose the Time zone. Both are required.
  4. Fill in the other details, such as the Registration Number and the Contact & Location, and click Save.

Done​

The new company can be chosen in the Organization selector at the top of the screens, such as the dashboard and the calendar. Each company has its own calendar settings, cash registers and stock locations.
