View the subscription and seats

Before you begin​

  • Only the subscriber and people with permission to manage members, billing and invoices see this page.

Steps​

  1. At the bottom of the left menu, click Billing.
  2. Check the Billing summary: the Plan, the Seats purchased, the Seats in use, the Next renewal and the Billing cycle.
  3. To keep a copy, click Save as PDF.

Done​

The status shows Account active when everything is in order. To hire or change a plan, talk to veetz support, as the page says.

warning

If the page shows Payment overdue, it also shows the date when access will be suspended for everyone in the account. See Pay an invoice. Cancel plan also affects everyone with a seat.
