Check that you have what you need, then pick the first task that matches your work.

Before you begin​

  • A veetz account. Your clinic's subscriber adds you to the team. If your clinic does not use veetz yet, contact the IVATEC sales team.
  • Permission for the task. The subscriber decides what each person can see. If a menu item is missing, ask them.
  • The basics in place. Someone at the clinic must have set up the clinic details. For appointments, the professional's agenda must be open. For sales, the products and services must be in the catalog.

Sign in​

  1. Open my.veetz.app in your browser.
  2. Click Login and sign in with your email and password.
  3. The dashboard opens, with the menu on the left.

Setting up the clinic?​

If you are the subscriber and the clinic is new in veetz, do this first:

  1. Fill in the clinic details.
  2. Add your team.
  3. Add products and services to the catalog.
  4. Open each professional's agenda.
