Use veetz without internet

If the connection drops, keep working. What you do is saved on the device and sent automatically when the internet comes back.

Calendar

• Works offline: viewing the calendar, and creating, editing, moving and cancelling appointments.
• Needs internet: the agenda settings (hours, blocks, open and close) and Find available times.

Sales and payments

• Works offline: the point of sale and the changes to sales and quotes. They are saved on the device and sent when the connection returns.
• Needs internet: attaching documents, the reports, closing the cash register and giving customer credit back in cash.
• A customer credit deposit made offline can only be used after it is sent.

When the internet comes back

1. Wait a moment: pending changes are sent on their own.
2. Look at the calendar. If someone took the same time while you were offline, veetz warns you and shows the current calendar. Book again if needed.
3. Do not repeat an action just because it has not appeared for your colleagues yet. Doing it twice creates duplicates.
