Add presentations of a product

Presentations (variants) are versions of the same product that change in size, flavor or package. Each one has its own SKU, barcode and price.

Before you begin​

  • The product must be linked to a Product Line with variant attributes. See Organize products.

Steps​

  1. Open the product and click Variants in the side menu.
  2. Click New variant.
  3. Fill in the attributes, such as size or flavor, and the SKU, the EAN and the Sale Price.
  4. Click Save.

To turn a product that was registered on its own into a presentation of this one, click Link existing product.

Done​

The presentation appears in the Variants list. At the point of sale, the product shows Choose presentation so the attendant picks the right one.
