Find a product and use its record

The product record brings together registration, sales, stock and kit in one place.

Before you begin

• You need permission to edit products.

Steps

1. In the main menu, click Products. If you are inside another area, click ▾ next to the ← arrow at the top of the left menu and choose the area.
2. In the search at the top, type part of the name, the SKU or the barcode and click the product. To see the full list, click More products in the side menu.
3. Use the side menu to change sections:
   • Record: name, prices and product data.
   • Sales history: where the product was sold.
   • Variants: the product's presentations.
   • Kit: what goes into the sale with it.
   • Stock history: balances and movements, and the stock entry.
4. To go to another product, use the search at the top. You stay in the same section, and Recent lists the last ones you opened.

Done

The product's name and photo stay in the side menu as you move around.

Good to know:

• The search ignores capitals and accents: "mul" finds "Múltipla".
• On a new product, the other sections appear after you save the Record.

If something goes wrong

• The product does not appear: try just part of the name, or check that it was saved. If you search by SKU or barcode, type it exactly as registered.
