Reserve stock

A reservation holds a quantity for a sale, such as a special-order product the client picks up later.

Before you begin​

  • You need internet.

Steps​

  1. In the left menu, click Settings, then Inventory.
  2. Click Reservations.
  3. To hold a quantity, click Create reservation and fill in the product, the location and the quantity.
  4. When the client takes the product, click Confirm on the reservation. To release it, click Cancel reservation.

Done​

While reserved, the quantity appears as Reserved and cannot be sold. Confirming takes it out of the stock for good. Cancelling returns it to Available.
