View the stock

Before you begin​

  • The stock screens need internet.

Steps​

  1. In the left menu, click Settings, then Inventory.
  2. Click Stock Balance to see how much you have of each product, by location and batch.
  3. To see every entry and exit of a product, click Inventory Ledger and filter by product, location and period.

Done​

In Stock Balance, Available is what can be sold or used, Reserved is held for sales, and Total is the sum of both. The Inventory start screen also shows what needs attention, such as products Below desired stock and lots close to expiring.
