Check expiration dates

Before you begin​

  • Expiration control only works for products entered with a batch and an Expiration Date. See Record a stock entry.

Steps​

  1. In the left menu, click Settings, then Inventory.
  2. Click Expiration Dates.
  3. Use the groups to act in order: Expired, Expire in 30 days, 31-60 days and 61-90 days.

Done​

Each lot shows its number, expiration date, location and supplier. Use it to sell first what expires first, or to record a loss with an Exit operation.
