Sales Reports and Exports

At the end of the month, the questions arrive: How much did we sell? How much came back? Who produced what? The Sales reports screen answers them with numbers calculated by the Veetz server across all your sales — the same source of truth for every device.

Before You Begin

  • You need an internet connection. As the screen explains, reports are online-only because the server calculates totals across all sales — your point of sale remains available offline.
  • You need permission to view sales reports; without it, the screen will say so.

Opening the Reports

From the main dashboard, click Sales → Sales reports. The Commercial sales report loads with the current period.

Choosing What You See

Use the filters at the top and click Apply:

  • From and To — the period, shown in your local dates. The end date must be on or after the start date.
  • Commercial status — all statuses, or a specific one (closed, cancelled…).
  • Item type — all item types, or only products, services, or procedures.
  • Currency — when you sell in more than one currency, pick which one to analyze.
Amounts follow the document, not your computer

Every total is expressed in the currency of the sales themselves — that is why the currency filter exists. Your browser's language only affects number formatting, never the currency of the values.

The Indicators — and the Question Each Answers

  • Gross sales — "How much did we sell before discounts?"
  • Commercial discounts — "How much did we concede?"
  • Closed sales — "How many accounts reached the end?" Credited sales are the ones counting toward your result.
  • Cancelled sales and Cancelled amount — "How much was voided?"
  • Commercial returns and Credited returns — "How much came back?" See Returns and Corrections.
  • Net commercial result — "What is left after discounts, cancellations, and returns?" The number to compare month against month.
  • Net production credit — "How much production was credited to the team?"

The Detail Tabs

  • Sales — the list of sales in the period with client, status, and amounts. "Which sales make up this total?"
  • Products and services — ranking by item with Sold quantity and Sales amount. "What sells most, and for how much?"
  • Production credit — production per Participant and role, following the splits registered on the items. "Who produced what?" — see Production Credit and Participants. Remember: production credit is an attribution, not a commission.
  • Returns — returned items with Returned quantity and reasons. "What is coming back, and why?"

Exporting and Printing

The toolbar offers two ways to take the report with you:

  • Export — downloads the data as a file you can open in a spreadsheet.
  • Print — generates a printable version of the report as shown on screen.

Both respect the filters you applied: filter first, export after.

What this report does not contain

The screen states it directly: "Payment, receipt, refund, cash, accounting, and tax status are not included in this report." This is the commercial view. How much money actually entered the register is a question for the payments area — comparing the two is useful, but never assume they are the same number.

A monthly reading routine

Open the closed month, check Net commercial result against the previous month, glance at Commercial returns for anomalies, and export the Production credit tab for the team conversation. Fifteen minutes, every month, same order — trends appear by themselves.

Common Problems

  • "No commercial movement was found for this period": The filters may be too narrow — change the dates or remove filters and try again.
  • The screen asks for a connection: Reports need internet. Reconnect; your sales are safe and nothing is lost.
  • A sale is missing from the report: Check its status against the status filter — cancelled sales, for example, appear under cancellations, not under credited sales.
